Since 1966, The Center for Health Care Services (CHCS) has been improving the lives of people with mental illness, substance abuse challenges and developmental disabilities in and across Bexar County. Founded on the hopes of those we serve, CHCS believes in creating environments that inspire and promote respect for one another, and empowering people to live independent, productive lives.
