I created this channel originally for fitness and weightloss but my life is way much more than just lifting weights. I have a beautiful family, an amazing wife who ive been with for almost 20 years since the 8th. grade and ive been blessed with two very outgoing and loving kids London and Liam. Im Featured on CNN for my weightloss 335 lbs to 185 lbs and im here to motivate people and give them the blueprint to success.
